School trips are designed around the curriculum and to provide a unforgettable experience to the students. However today , we see a new trend cropping up of rather mere fun trips, schools are looking at rolling education and excursions
into one by sending kids to a kind of location which may feature in their lessons. This seems to be a trend among international schools. Such travel experiences gives them a good grip of the subject and create interest in the topics. Whether it is tours with an archaeologist or art historian in Rome going into the details of monuments and civilizations, or visits to factories like Boeing in Seattle, going on a safari in South Africa, Indian schools can adopt similar fun-trips which will not only be fun but learning oriented as well.
